Structure:Person

who (appearance,personality) what he/she does when how where you met why you like this person

Preparation tip

think of a 'theme'for any person (friend,family,famous,child etc.) start with easy adjectives search for better words and phrases

Theme is core feature, the adjectives should surround the core feature

Practise workflow:

Choose a topic👉Speak out and record👉 voice-to-word transition tool👉improve the word

Start from the anwers your brain think at frist time, and improve from it, the adoptation needed will be min.
